Unconditional Gratitude: Finding Resilience and Well-Being

Is it possible to be grateful in challenging times? Our well-being depends on it, but how do we achieve it? Kristi Nelson, author of Wake Up Grateful, shares how, through gratitude, we can live more fully and find well-being without having to wait for something to change.

Kristi Nelson is the executive director of a Network for Grateful Living and has spent more than 30 years in nonprofit leadership, development and consulting. She has worked for the Center for Mindfulness in Medicine, Kriypalu Center for Yoga and Health, and the Soul of Money Institute. She is a stage IV cancer survivor and is the author of Wake Up Grateful: The Transformative Practice of Taking Nothing for Granted.
